In the unlikely event that your chosen musicians were unable to make your date and cancelled at short notice, as an agency we’re in the best possible position to find last-minute replacements of equal quality. It’s worth nothing that we’ve never been in the unenviable position of having to do this, but we know how we’d tackle it.

As an agency, our music directors are vastly experienced in making sure that everything and everybody is where it needs to be, long before it needs to be there. Technology, sound and project management

We don’t expect our clients to know what sound equipment is good and what’s not. We don’t even expect the venue to know. It’s a huge and complicated business, that is only truly understood by musicians themselves. We only use the best sound engineers that have worked with us for years, and the best equipment on the market; even if it does mean expensive upgrades most years.

And when it comes to logistics, we become project managers with a real eye for detail. We are able to handle all of the arrangement between the artists, the engineers, the venue and any other third party. A booking with us means that we handle anything and everything to do with the music, you can cross that off your list.
